Emptying, removal and cleaning up

We offer emptying of houses, flats and estates, removal of furniture and subsequent cleaning of the empty premises.

Here in and around Torrevieja, many people buy houses full of furniture and fittings that they need help removing. Others need to empty an estate remotely.

Whatever the reasons for the need to empty and clean a property, we offer our help at every stage.

Prices for emptying, removal and cleaning services

We offer fixed prices for our residential emptying, removal and cleaning service. Our price is based on the number of square metres.

• 30-69 square metres: 9€/sqm
• 70-99 square metres: 8€/sqm
• 100-149 square metres: 7€/sqm

A cleaning service includes the following:

Bedroom, Office

• Vacuuming and wet wiping of floors.
• Cleaning of elements.
• Cleaning of doors and wardrobes.

Kitchen

• Cleaning of cabinets and drawers.
• Tile cleaning.
• Internal cleaning of the refrigerator and freezer.
• Cleaning of the cooker.
• Cleaning of the oven.
• Wiping the cooker hood.
• Vacuuming and wet wiping of floors.

Bathroom, WC

• Cleaning of tiles.
• Cleaning of the floor drain.
• Cleaning of the bathtub, sink, toilet and bathroom cabinets.
• Vacuuming and wiping floors.

Moving house cleaning does not include the cleaning of:

• Interior and exterior plastering of windows.
• Balcony
• Terrace/ Solarium
• Storage room
• Garage

You can add cleaning of these areas at an extra cost.

What is included in removal

The removal of existing furniture includes the removal of furniture and fittings.

Removal of white goods or demolition of fixed installations is not included. Removal of nails and hooks from walls is also not included.
